In order for you buy from my shop and get in direct contact with me, it's necessary to follow the steps I right on the contact page such as your name, email, your instagram username (in case we're using instagram to communicate), the address I'm sending the package to, and the method used for payment.This informations will only be acquired once you're sure what you want to buy and consent that I save them.

I'll only have access to the information you grant me during the process.

1. so that I can assure that everything goes smoothly with your order and that it is delivered to you in the right address
2. in order to provide customer service
3. to reach you with updates of the location of your package once it's out of my hands (even though I no longer have control over it)
4. to comply with the law and all legal regulations for the purchase
-Where do I save your information:
As this site was created with wix.com, it will store some of your information on servers protected by a firewall. If you reach me by the contact page, you'll be directed to my email and only I will have access to the next steps, same thing if we use instagram to communicate, the only person with access to your information will be me. All the information granted is safe on my computer as I'm the only one with access to it. I would like to mention again that I'll only have access to the necessary information for you to purchase from my shop, no one will ever ask you for any other personal information that it's not necessary to complete the transaction.
-How do we communicate:
Either through instagram or via email and after the transaction, I'll send you your package via CTT Correios de Portugal. I mention again that I only have experience shipping to Portugal, Spain, France and Germany, I don't know if your country will let the order pass without problems across the borders. Once the package is out of my hands I no longer have control over it but will be happy to help in any case.
